At age of 5, Jason showed an interest and love for wrestling. Through hard work and dedication he went on to become an All-American collegiate wrestler. In 2010 he opened West Plano CrossFit. Jason has 2 kids and in his free time he likes to ride his Harley, golf, hunt and coach little league football and wrestling. He currently lives in Allen, Texas.

My Goal For Our Athletes: To give our athletes the best 1 hour of unadulterated CrossFit lovin they’ve ever had, while getting mentally and physically stronger, of course!
